Dr. Julian Doughty and Allen Powers formed Doughty & Powers Engineering in 1997 and conducted 2000+ accident reconstructions and other engineering cases since then. With Julian’s retirement in 2010, Doughty & Powers Engineering has re-organized as 3 Axis Engineering. The same commitment to data-driven, professional engineering solutions with rapid response will be provided by Allen, Joey, Jeremy Hunter, Eddie, Jeremy Jones, Patrick, Andrew and Kaye.
